Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake cottage cheese casserole with apples in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Combine eggs with sugar in a bowl. Beat them a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat vigorously. It is enough to bring the mass until smooth so that the sugar begins to dissolve. Wash eggs with baking soda before use, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.

Step 2

Step 2
Then add cottage cheese to the egg mixture. Mix everything with a mixer until smooth. If your cottage cheese is very grainy, then it is best to rub it through a sieve or punch it with an immersion blender. At the same time, the mass will become homogeneous and will sound very tender and tasty in the finished dish.

Step 3

Step 3
Add soda, salt and semolina to the curd mass. Mix everything. If the cottage cheese was dry, you can add a little sour cream.

Step 4

Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Then sprinkle the bottom and sides of the pan with breadcrumbs. This is necessary so that the finished casserole can be easily removed from the mold.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the finished curd mass in the prepared baking dish. Distribute the mixture evenly over the entire surface.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash the apples and cut into 4 parts. Cut the core out of them. Cut them into slices. Place the apples over the entire surface of the casserole, slightly pressing them into the curd mass. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 50-60 minutes. The times are approximate; be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.

Step 7

Step 7
The finished casserole will be slightly browned. Remove the pan from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to release the heat. Then cut into portions, place on plates and serve. In addition to the casserole, you can serve sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Bon appetit!
