Even mature zucchini can be used to prepare this dish, and it will still turn out delicious. Minced meat can be mixed from pork and beef to obtain a fattier and more nutritious dish, or from poultry meat, such as turkey, which is dietary.

Wash the zucchini; if they are milky ripe, you can grate them together with the skin. Peel the ripe fruits, remove the skin, remove the core with seeds, and grate the pulp on a coarse grater. When the zucchini stands for a while, they will give juice; you need to squeeze out the excess juice from the zucchini mass.

Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and turn on the heat. Fry the onions until translucent over medium heat, stirring with a spatula.
