Cottage cheese can be used with any percentage of fat content depending on the desired calorie content of the finished dish. For children, of course, you need to use a fatty, natural and fresh product; for those who are fasting and losing weight, you can take low-fat cottage cheese. I had soft cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is grainy and dry, rub it through a sieve or punch it with a blender. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, beat in a chicken egg.
