It is very convenient to prepare such a noodle maker from leftover side dishes. Take cottage cheese of any fat content, soft is better. Boil the noodles in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Place the finished noodles in a colander and cool.

Take one egg and beat it into a bowl. Add sugar and salt there. Whisk everything together using a hand whisk.

Add cottage cheese to the mixture. If yours is coarse, then first rub it through a sieve or punch it with an immersion blender. I have soft cottage cheese, I skipped this step. Mix cottage cheese with egg until smooth.

Add boiled noodles to the resulting mass. Stir.

Beat the second egg into a bowl, add sour cream to it. Mix them until smooth.

Pour the egg-sour cream mixture over the top of the noodle soup.

Bake the noodle soup in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
