Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make potato casserole with mushrooms in the oven? Prepare your food. You can take any mushrooms — oyster mushrooms, champignons or wild mushrooms, like mine. Wash and peel the potatoes well.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the wild mushrooms, rinse and boil in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then drain the hot water, drain the mushrooms in a colander and rinse. There is no need to boil champignons or oyster mushrooms first, just peel and chop them.

Step 3

Step 3
Prepare a baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Peel the onion, wash and chop. Spread the chopped onion over the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the peeled potatoes into strips and place in a mold, on top of the chopped onion. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt and spices to your liking.

Step 5

Step 5
Then place the boiled mushrooms on the potatoes. Salt it a little. Spread cream evenly over entire surface.

Step 6

Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle generously throughout the entire casserole. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes. When baked, the top will turn a delicious golden color.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the finished casserole from the oven, cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!
