Add sugar and vanilla sugar to sour cream and mix. Leave for 10 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then stir again.

Pour gelatin with clean drinking water and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Carefully read the instructions on the gelatin packet — yours may need to be prepared differently.
