Ingredients (5 portions)

For dough:

Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 200 g
Vodka 0.7 tbsp
Eggs 2 pc

For filling:

Sugar 4 tbsp
Honey 3 tbsp
Hazelnut 100 g

First of all, we need to lightly beat the eggs with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt, sugar and vodka (don’t worry, due to the small amount the dish will not be prohibited for children and drivers). Mix.

Then add flour and knead the dough.

Now wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Next we roll out our dough into flat cakes, you can dry it so that it doesn’t stick together when cutting.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or frying pan (cauldron) and add in small portions. When frying, they will increase 3 times. They fry quickly, literally half a minute.

And after another 2-3 minutes (as the sugar melts) chopped hazelnuts. Pour the honey filling into our chak chak and place it in a heap on a plate. Decorate with the remaining nuts on top. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the honey to harden. Bon appetit!
