Creamy Fruit Delight

This delicate dessert of fruit and cream will appeal to both children and adults. This isnʼt the first pudding Iʼve tried to make. Failures followed me until I realized that pudding is a dessert, and not semolina porridge baked in the oven with eggs and fruit. I made fruit pudding just as a dessert, and it turned out very tasty, although a little sweet. But the amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 0.5 cup
Apples 3 pc
Butter (grease the molds) 20 g
Water 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 4 pc
Peaches 1 pc
Liquor 3 tbsp
Strawberries 50 g

Separate the yolks and grind them with sugar.

Add 2 tables. spoons of liqueur and 2 table. spoons of water, put in a water bath.

Whisk until the sauce heats up and thickens.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into pieces, remove the pits from the peach and also cut.

Grease the molds with oil and fill with fruits and strawberries.

Pour over the sauce.

Place in the oven. I used ceramic molds, so I put them in a cold oven and then reheated them. The pudding was baked until a pink crust formed, this process lasted about an hour.
