Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make apple sambuca? Prepare your ingredients. Take a sweet, large, tasty apple, especially if the dessert is intended for children. It is preferable to use powdered sugar rather than sugar — it will dissolve better and faster when whipping. For baby food, do not prepare syrup with wine. You can replace the wine with juice or fresh fruit.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the apple into halves, remove the core and seeds and place in a suitable baking dish. Bake the apple in the oven at 180°C until soft, from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the variety and features of the oven.

Step 3

Step 3
While the apple is cooling, pour water over the gelatin and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Step 4
Rub the cooled baked apple through a sieve.

Step 5

Step 5
Add egg white to the resulting puree and mix well.

Step 6

Step 6
Add powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat until dissolved and, without stopping whisking, pour in a thin stream into the whipped apple mixture.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour the finished sambuca into molds, glasses or bowls and place in a cool place for a couple of hours to harden. When serving, quickly immerse the molds with dessert in hot water and, turning them over, place the sambu on a plate. If you prepared the dessert in glasses or bowls, then serve immediately in them.

Step 8

Step 8
Prepare the syrup. How to make syrup? Mix grape wine, sugar and water. Boil the syrup until thickened over low heat, then cool it.

Step 9

Step 9
Pour the cooled syrup over the finished sambuca.

Step 10

Step 10
Dessert is ready. Serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
