Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.33 cup
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Water 2 cup
Milk 3 cup
Rice 1 cup
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Bananas 4 pc
Vanillin 1 tsp

For decoration:

Cinnamon to taste
Bananas 0.5 pc

What do we need?

Mix water, rice, salt, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, covering the pan with a lid.

until the water is completely absorbed by the rice.

Add sugar, milk, cinnamon.

Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir the starch and milk until smooth, add to the pudding and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring, then remove from heat.

Mash the bananas until pureed

and carefully add to the pudding. Place the cooled pudding in the refrigerator.

After about 2 hours, take the pudding out of the refrigerator, put it in bowls, decorate with banana slices and cinnamon. I additionally decorated with fresh mint leaves.
