Strawberry Cream Gelatin Soufflé Recipe

Airy creamy dessert with aromatic strawberries. Strawberries are ripe at our dacha. And although there is very little of it, this amount was enough to create a wonderful, refreshing dessert. Gelatin 10 g
Cream (33%) 250 g
Strawberries 200 g

Soak the gelatin in cold water and leave to swell.
