Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, rubbing the skin thoroughly with a brush under warm water — we will bake with it, so this is important. Cut it in half and remove the seeds. It is more convenient to do this with a spoon. Then cut the pumpkin into portions. How thick should the pieces be? This is also a matter of taste — we like large pieces, but you can cut the pumpkin into cubes. In both cases, the recipe will work, only the baking time will change.
