Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake apples with honey, cinnamon and buckwheat in the microwave? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to take apples from local varieties, without coating. Otherwise, wash them well with a brush.

Step 2

Step 2
Using a teaspoon or a special gadget, remove the core and seeds from the apples.

Step 3

Step 3
Sprinkle ground cinnamon inside the apples.

Step 4

Step 4
Add coarsely chopped or simply broken walnut kernels. We won’t add honey right away so as not to turn it into just a sweet additive.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the apples in a microwave-safe pan or any suitable container without metal decorations or handles. Place the mold in the microwave for 8 minutes at 800 W. This mode is individual for different microwave ovens, so when cooking for the first time, turn on the microwave for 2-3 minutes and see the result.

Step 6

Step 6
The apples will change color and release a lot of juice. Remove the pan from the oven, cool slightly and add honey and the released apple juice inside. We deliberately do not put honey inside immediately before baking, so as not to lose its beneficial properties when heated.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve baked apples in the microwave with honey for dessert, garnished with slices of nuts, candied fruits, and berries.
