Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make banana ice cream at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose bananas that are sweet and ripe. Instead of sugar, you can add sweeteners to your taste: natural honey (liquid is preferable), syrup.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the bananas. If there are darkened places on the pulp, they must be removed. Cut the peeled bananas into slices and put them in the freezer for several hours. It is not advisable for the banana slices to “stick together” at the cut points. The resulting lumps will then be difficult to break up in a blender. Place the hardened banana slices into a blender bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat the frozen banana pieces on high power. First, large crumbs form. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice to the blender bowl. Also pour in some of the milk. You should not pour in the milk all at once, add it gradually, adjusting the thickness of the mass to your taste.

Step 4

Step 4
Grind everything together into a homogeneous mass. Adjust the ice cream to taste relative to the sugar and add more milk if necessary.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour the finished homogeneous mass into ice cream molds or transfer to a container and place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.

Step 6

Step 6
Serve the finished homemade banana ice cream in a blender by dipping the molds in hot water and removing the mold. If the ice cream is in a container, then use a special ice cream scoop that forms balls (it also needs to be dipped in hot water first). Bon appetit!
