Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Sugar 0.5 cup
Wheat flour 160 g
Butter 125 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

For the curd filling:

Sugar 0.5 cup
Egg yolks 3 pc
Sour cream 1 cup
Cottage cheese 500 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Egg whites 3 pc

Grind softened butter with sugar.

Mix flour with baking powder.

Add the resulting mixture to the oil. Mix all ingredients with your hands.

You should get flour crumbs. This is the dough.

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or puree using an immersion blender.

You will get a curd porridge like this.

Add sour cream, egg yolks to the cottage cheese and mix well.

Beat the egg whites and sugar into a stiff foam so that the whites do not spill out when the bowl is tilted.
