Combine kefir with egg, sugar and salt and shake until smooth. It is convenient to do this with a fork or whisk.

Pour the kefir mixture into the flour crumbs and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Due to the large amount of butter, the dough is very pliable and elastic.

Roll the dough into a ball. It should be thick and hold its shape well.

Wrap the dough in a bag or cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. During this time it will cool down and will not tear when rolled out. If you prepare the dough in the evening, it will cool more and before rolling it should be allowed to stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. It will become more elastic and easier to stretch.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the filling. You can use any minced meat. To make the pies juicy, it is better to use mixed minced meat. I have minced chicken and a mixture of pork and beef.
