How to make apple and cinnamon pie? To do this, you need to prepare all the ingredients according to the list. Sift the flour and salt through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. The butter should be hard, you can even freeze it a little. Place the water for the dough in the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes ice-cold.

Very hard butter must be crushed. Grate the butter on a coarse grater, alternately sprinkling with flour.

Using a wooden spatula, mix the butter with the flour until you get crumbs like this. Then pour ice water into the dough and quickly knead the dough.
