Easy Slow Cooker Berry Milk Cake

Delicious manna is easy to prepare and is eaten with a bang! The step-by-step recipe is presented using the example of manna with strawberries. You can use almost any berry. We tried options with currants (the best option in my opinion), strawberries, raspberries, second-hand cherries, and blueberries. Both fresh and frozen berries are suitable.

Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Butter 15 g
Milk 1 cup
Vanillin to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 70 ml
Baking powder 15 g
Semolina 1 cup
Strawberry 150 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Heat the milk and dissolve the butter in it. Add semolina. Leave for at least 20 minutes to swell. I leave it for at least 2.5 hours — this makes it more airy. Better — even longer.

Step 2

Step 2
Beat eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil, beat again.

Step 3

Step 3
Put semolina in milk there. Mix with flour, vanilla and baking powder.

Step 4

Step 4
Dip the berries in flour and add to the dough. (In the photo there is manna with strawberries). Grease the mold and sprinkle a little semolina. Lay out the dough.

Step 5

Step 5
In a multicooker, bake on the “Baking” mode for 65-70 minutes (or in the oven for about an hour). Then place it on a wire rack to allow the manna to cool (instead of a wire rack, you can use a multi-cooker pan for a double boiler).

Step 6
Turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
