It is better to take cottage cheese that is not dry, with a fat content of 5% or higher. The fattier the cottage cheese, the tastier the pie will be. Cottage cheese in briquettes is suitable. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. Any cheese. You can use regular Russian type, Gouda or Suluguni, mozzarella for pizza.
