How to bake a simple blueberry pie in the oven? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. The butter should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

In a bowl, combine soft butter at room temperature with sugar. Beat everything with a mixer until fluffy for 2-3 minutes. If you wish, you can add a pinch of vanillin for flavoring.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating each time. The result should be a fluffy, homogeneous mixture.

Sift the flour with baking powder and salt and add to the dough. Beat with a mixer at low speed. Look at the consistency of the dough. You should get a smooth, tender but thick dough.

Now prepare the necessary ingredients for the filling. You can take fresh or frozen blueberries. Frozen berries do not need to be thawed first. You can also replace blueberries with any other berries or a mixture of berries to suit your taste.
