How to make a pie from homemade puff pastry with cottage cheese? Prepare all products. The specified amount of ingredients makes four pies. Therefore, if you wish, you can reduce the amount of products by half, or leave half the dough for freezing. It keeps well in the freezer. The main secret to getting good puff pastry is using high-quality butter. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften it.
