Mayonnaise 100 g
Kefir 500 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp
Soda 1 tsp
Wheat flour 2 cup
Salt 0.5 tsp

Potato 3 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

How to bake a jellied pie with potatoes and onions using kefir? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling. Wash and peel the potatoes. Peel the onion. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Finely chop the potato tubers into slices. For convenience, you can use a special grater-shredder so that the slices are all the same thickness.

Place a saucepan with a little water on the stove and bring to a boil. Place the potatoes in boiling water for one to two minutes. Remove and allow excess water to drain. Thinly sliced potatoes in boiling water will become half cooked. This simple technique ensures that the potatoes in the pie are perfectly cooked.

Finely chop the onion and fry until slightly golden in a small amount of vegetable oil.
