For dough:

Sugar 120 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Kefir 125 g
Vanilla tincture 1 tsp

For the almond filling:

Sugar 60 g
Butter 70 g
Milk 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Almond petals 100 g

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam, while the sugar should completely dissolve.

Add kefir and vanilla tincture and mix.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough several times. You may need more or less flour, depending on the consistency of the dough.

Mix the dough thoroughly; it should be as thick as pancake dough.

Place the dough in the prepared pan and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, letʼs start filling.

Place butter, sugar, honey and milk (or cream) in a frying pan or saucepan and bring to a boil, stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

As soon as the mixture boils, add almond petals, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the pie from the oven.
