Ham, Potato, and Mushroom French Pie

A delicious, filling pie that will feed the whole family! The pie is very easy to prepare, but it turns out very filling and tasty. Serve this pie as a main dish paired with a vegetable salad. Help yourself!

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Eggs (2 for filling + 1 for greasing the pie) 3 pc
Potato 2 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil (for frying mushrooms) 2 tbsp
Puff pastry 400 g
Mushrooms 200 g
Greenery 1 g
Ham 200 g

Filling ingredients

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.

Boil the potatoes in their skins in advance. Peel and cut into large cubes.

We cut the ham the same way as potatoes.

Add fried mushrooms to potatoes and ham.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and chop the herbs. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the finished puff pastry into 2 parts. Roll out each part.

Place one part on the bottom of the mold, forming high sides. We spread the filling.

Cover with the second part and seal the edges. Trim off excess dough. In the center of the pie, cut the dough all the way through to allow steam to escape during baking.
