Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 3 cup
Water 1 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry yeast 2 tsp

For filling:

Salt to taste
Eggs 3 pc
Green onions 1 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Cabbage 500 g

Dissolve yeast, salt, sugar in water at room temperature, add vegetable oil, mix. Add flour in small portions.

Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place until it rises.

Chop the cabbage and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until cooked (the cabbage should be soft). Add salt.

Add finely chopped green onions to the cabbage.

Hard boil the eggs, peel and finely chop.
