Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Wheat flour 2 cup
Milk 100 ml
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Dry yeast 11 g

For filling:

Hard cheese 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tsp
Fish fillet 300 g
Ground pink pepper to taste

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Cut the onion as you like — into half rings or cubes, and fry in vegetable (refined) oil or butter. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, approximately 1.5 x 1.5 cm, and boil or fry for a couple of minutes until the crust sets and the inside of the fish remains juicy and tender. Cool slightly.

Step 2

Step 2
Grate the cheese and set it aside, we will need it later.

Step 3

Step 3
Now letʼs make the dough: beat the eggs with salt, and while continuing to beat, pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Mix flour with yeast and sift into our milk mixture. The dough is ready!

Step 4

Step 4
Mix the fish with onions and place directly into the dough, add grated cheese and chopped pink pepper. Mix everything carefully and well. Grease the pan with a piece of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or line with baking paper. Place the resulting mixture in a mold and place in the oven, preheated to 160°C, for about 40-45 minutes (the cake should be browned).
