Sift 300 g of flour into the liquid mass through a fine sieve in 2 stages. Mix the dough. Divide the finished dough into three equal parts and roll into balls. Place on a dish sprinkled with flour. Cover with a bag and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it hardens a little.

Apply the finished cream to the first cake layer. Cover the top with the second cake layer and do the same with all the cake layers. Leave the top crust dry! Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the cream hardens a little.
