Quick Skillet Pies with Mushroom and Chicken Filling

Unusual, but very interesting and easy to prepare pies! I found this recipe by chance on the Internet — and I immediately liked it... Unusual, but very quick dough for pies, interesting molding and very tasty filling — all this simply could not leave me indifferent and I tried to cook them! The result exceeded all my expectations — when fresh, the pies are slightly crispy, and when they sit for a while, they become soft and remain that way for several days!

Here are all the necessary ingredients

Step 2

Step 2
The dough is prepared in a matter of minutes: melt the butter, add milk and gradually add flour. I didn’t add salt to the dough — I liked it (after all, the filling will be salty), but if you wish, you can add 0.5 teaspoon. l. salt

Step 3

Step 3
Using a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. It mixes very easily. Then we put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator while we make the filling.

Step 4

Step 4
For the filling, finely chop the onion

Step 5

Step 5
Fry in a hot frying pan...

Step 6

Step 6
... until golden brown

Step 7

Step 7
Then add the minced meat (I used chicken, but you can use any other) and mix, trying to break up the lumps, fry for 3-5 minutes

Step 8

Solim

Fry covered for another 5-7 minutes, and then leave the filling to cool. By the way, the filling can be prepared in advance — then our pies will be even faster

We take our dough out of the refrigerator and cut it into 3-4 parts

Step 14

Step 14
Pinch off a piece the size of a plum from any part.

Step 15

Step 15
Roll out thinly (by the way, there is no need to add flour, due to the fact that butter is added to the dough, it will not stick to the table)

Step 16

Step 16
Add some filling

Step 17

Step 17
Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges to form a small cheburek.

Step 18

Step 18
The above ingredients make 35-40 pies.
