Ingredients (8 portions)

Dough:

Wheat flour 2 cup
Kefir 2 cup
Soda 0.5 tsp
Butter 100 g
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 0.33 tsp

Filling:

Salt to taste
Cabbage 0.5 head
Nori 15 g
Green onions 30 g
Turmeric to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

More:

Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Sesame 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Prepare all ingredients.

Melt the butter and cool.

Sift flour and baking soda into a mixing bowl.

Add kefir and butter to the flour.

Add salt and sugar there.

Mix well and the dough is ready.

Tear the sheets of nori into squares of approximately 15 mm. This is an optional ingredient, but it is nori that gives the pie its fishy flavor.

Shred the cabbage, add salt and crush it with your hands. If you have tough winter cabbage, simmer it a little in a frying pan and cool, or better yet, use Chinese cabbage in winter for these pies.

Add chopped green onions to the cabbage and stir. The filling is ready.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

Place half of the dough and smooth it out.
