Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 150 g
Apples 600 g
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 200 g
Butter 150 g
Eggs 4 pc
Baking powder 3 tsp
Powdered sugar to taste
coconut flakes 80 g
Ground cinnamon 1.5 tsp

Mix flour, coconut, lemon zest, one teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder.

Grind softened butter with sugar.

Continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time.

Mix the dry ingredients in parts with the butter-egg mixture. Knead the dough well.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Line the pan with parchment and place half of the dough. Place apples on the dough and sprinkle them with the remaining cinnamon.

Place the remaining dough on top of the apples. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Then take out the pie. Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
