Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt (taste) 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper (taste) 0.5 tsp
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat 500 g
Chicken eggs 4 pc
Ready-made puff pastry dough 500 g

Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. I fried the onion and garlic in vegetable oil and also added it to the minced meat. Mix everything well. you can add your favorite seasonings to the minced meat.

defrost the dough at room temperature. Roll it out a little. spread half the minced meat. Place 3 hard-boiled eggs on top, cut into halves.

Place the remaining half of the minced meat on top.

cut the dough into strips and “cover” our pie

Brush beaten egg on top. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, as I did, or with seasonings. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 1 hour. I put the baking sheet in position 3 out of 4.
