How to make a quick and simple sour cream pie in the oven? Prepare your food. Take sour cream from 15% and above. Keep in mind that different manufacturers of sour cream with the same fat content may have different moisture content, so you may need more or less flour. Some manufacturersʼ sour cream is 15% dense, while others have a fluid one. Fat content also affects the final amount of flour. The recipe calls for sour cream of 15% medium thickness. Take the highest grade flour

Add sour cream to the eggs and beat everything again until smooth.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough in parts, beating it with a mixer at low speed so as not to precipitate it.

Line the bottom of the baking pan with parchment. Grease the bottom and walls with butter. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out. Bake the pie for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C until golden brown. My mold diameter is 16 cm. If your mold is larger, then you need to bake the cake for less time, because it will bake faster. During baking, do not open the oven for the first 25-30 minutes, as the cake will shrink a lot.
