Delicious and Easy Raisin Pies

The recipe is very simple. The pies are simply wonderful! Raisin pies can be made using any dough, even puff pastry. Properly prepared baked goods are always very tasty. Ingredients (10 portions)

Dough:

Milk 400 g
Water 1 cup
Dry yeast 6 g
Sugar 200 g
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 4 pc
Margarine 150 g
Wheat flour 2000 g
Vegetable oil 70 g
Vanillin to taste

Filling:

Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Raisin 300 g
Honey 2 tbsp

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Ferment the dough in the usual way. Dissolve dry yeast in a small amount of milk and warm water. Add a little sugar and flour. Mix everything to the consistency of sour cream and put in a warm place to speed up the process.

Beat chicken eggs with a little sugar until light foam.

Melt any margarine for baking over low heat.

It is better to knead the dough in a large saucepan or bucket. Pour in margarine, eggs, warm milk and water, add sugar, salt, vanilla, add vegetable oil and mix everything well until the sugar dissolves. Knead the dough until it starts to come off your hands. Let it rise a couple of times. A well- risen dough should be soft and porous.
