Basic:

Sugar 60 g
Wheat flour 190 g
Vanillin to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Cottage cheese 250 g
Jam (I took plum) 6 tbsp

Prepare the necessary products. Take high-quality, natural cottage cheese without milk fat substitutes. Read about choosing cottage cheese in the article at the link at the end of the recipe. Set the oven to preheat at 180°C.

Beat the egg, sugar, vanillin with a mixer until fluffy light foam, pour in the oil and beat again.

Add sifted flour and knead the dough. Add flour in parts. Depending on the quality of flour, you may need a little more or a little less. Beat the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 parts: 2/3 and 1/3 of the whole. Roll out most of the dough into a very thin round layer and place in a silicone mold (d — 24 cm).

Distribute the cottage cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie.

Top with jam. Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and divide into strips 1.5-2 cm wide. Lay them out on top in a grid pattern. Place the crostata in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
