Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Butter 10 g
Eggs 2 pc
Cottage cheese 0.5 kg
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Blackberry 200 g
Ready-made puff pastry dough 1 kg

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the filling! Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to half a kilogram of cottage cheese, beat in 1 egg and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Knead with a spoon until smooth.

Step 2

Step 2
Letʼs start filling the dough! We will need 1 kilogram of puff pastry. (You can find how to prepare a quick version of this test at this link). Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough to about 3-4 millimeters. Divide the resulting layer into 3 equal parts and spread the curd filling on each part.

Step 3

Step 3
We connect all the edges and roll out the sausages to the same thickness. I will do the same with the berry filling. Place the blackberries on the prepared dough and sprinkle a little sugar on top. Seal the edges and roll out the sausages.

Step 4

Step 4
Letʼs collect the pie! Grease the pan in which we will bake with butter and lay out the prepared sausages, alternating the fillings in the form of a spiral.

Step 5

Step 5
Letʼs bake! Coat the pie with beaten egg and place in a preheated oven at 170 and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Slice the finished pie and serve! The pie turns out very tasty and is not at all difficult to prepare, just a godsend for tea!
