Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Salt (0.5 tsp salt for the dough, and another 0.5 tsp for the cottage cheese.) 1 tsp
Sugar (1 tbsp sugar for dough, and 2 tbsp for cottage cheese.) 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 550 g
Butter 160 g
Milk 250 ml
Vanillin to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Cottage cheese 300 g
Fresh yeast 9 g

Add sugar, yeast, salt, melted milk to warm milk. mix the butter, gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough.

The dough should be soft, not clogged with flour, but not stick to your hands.

Immediately roll out into a rope and cut into equal pieces, forming each piece into a ball. We roll out the ball, put a spoonful of filling in the middle, I have cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, and form a pie.

Place on a greased baking sheet and brush the pies on top with an egg with a spoonful of milk or just yolk. Place in the preheated oven for 20 — 25 minutes over medium heat.
