Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 180 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Butter 10 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Eggs 4 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

In a bowl, beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer, beat until the sugar dissolves.

Add sour cream of any fat content, I added sour cream with 21% fat content, and beat again.

Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder and flour (minus two tablespoons) to the dough. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.

Divide the dough into two even parts, pour half of the dough into another bowl. Add 3 tbsp to one part. cocoa, in another 2 tablespoons of flour.

Mix each piece of dough with a spoon until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Add one tablespoon of dough to the center of the mold. First brown, then white.

And so on, one spoon after another, until the dough is finished.
