Wheat flour 200 g
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream (20-25%) 200 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
Pears 2 pc

Wash the pears, dry and peel. Cut the pears into slices and remove the seeds.

Pour half the dough into a greased baking dish (approximately 16-18 cm in diameter). Place the pear slices on top and pour the remaining batter on top.
