For dough:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Water 0.5 cup
Milk 0.5 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp

For filling:

Chicken eggs 1 pc

Pour warm milk and water into a bowl. Dissolve sugar in the liquid, add a tablespoon of wheat flour. Stir the mixture, add dry yeast. Stir the mixture until the yeast disperses. Leave the bowl with the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes. The yeast should be activated and foam should appear on the surface of the mixture. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, add salt. Mix again.

Pour sifted wheat flour into the liquid. Add the flour in parts, stirring the mixture well each time so that the flour does not form lumps.

When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spatula, transfer it to a board sprinkled with flour and continue kneading with your hands. Yeast dough loves your hands, so you need to knead it as long as possible. The dough should be elastic and smooth, slightly sticking to your hands. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover the top with a towel and place in a warm place for an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the pie filling. Place cottage cheese in a bowl, add grated cheese, you can use several types of cheese to taste. Wash fresh parsley and dill, dry with paper towels and finely chop with a knife. Place the greens in a bowl with cottage cheese and cheese. Beat in a chicken egg, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the mass thoroughly.
