How to bake a simple pie with dried apricots? Add flour with sugar and baking powder to a bowl. Add flour gradually, in small portions, focusing on the desired consistency of the dough. Keep in mind that you may need a little more or less flour. Add a pinch of salt to improve the taste of the dough. Mix dry ingredients. Then add the chicken egg and softened butter.

Knead the shortbread dough. Form into a ball. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Wash the seedless dried apricots. Place in a pan of cold water and boil for ten to fifteen minutes after the water boils. Drain the water.
