Wheat flour 100 g
Butter 200 g
Milk 1 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Zander (Pike perch fillet) 250 g
Mackerel 250 g
Yeast dough 1.3 kg
Sea bass 250 g

1.First, marinate the mackerel in onions. Finely chop the onion and mackerel and mix thoroughly.
