Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make quiche with chicken and broccoli? Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is advisable to place the butter in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Rub the flour and butter into crumbs with your hands. Make a hole in it, crack an egg into it, add 2 tbsp. ice water, salt and knead the dough. This must be done quickly so that the butter does not start to melt from the heat of your hands, otherwise the baked goods will turn out tough. The butter should melt when baking in the oven, then the cake will be crispy and tasty.

Step 2

Step 2
Roll the dough into a ball.

Step 3

Step 3
Wrap the dough in film and place in the refrigerator for an hour. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees in advance.

Step 4

Step 4
After an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to a thickness of 4-5 mm, sprinkling it with a little flour. It is convenient to do this on parchment paper.

Step 5

Step 5
Turn the dough onto the pan with the parchment facing up, then carefully remove the paper and smooth the dough into the pan. I have a mold with a diameter of 23 cm. Prick the dough with a fork.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the foil on the dough and place a weight on it. It can be any legumes or cereals. I used lentils. This will allow the crust to remain even while baking and not bubble. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 200C.

Step 7

Step 7
Boil broccoli in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Place the finished cabbage in a sieve and let the water drain. Boil the chicken breast until cooked; during cooking, you can add bay leaf and your favorite seasonings. Cut the broccoli and chicken breast into pieces. Grate the cheese. To fill, beat two eggs in a bowl with a whisk, add salt and pepper. Pour the cream into the eggs and stir.

Step 8

Step 8
Remove the weight from the crust and bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. Then place the filling on it — half the cheese, chicken, broccoli and tomatoes.

Step 9

Step 9
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pour in the filling. Bake the quiche for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
