Kefir 500 ml

How to bake chicken with potatoes and garlic in the oven for the New Year? Prepare your food. It is better to take the chicken chilled, but if it is frozen, then defrost it first. Wash the carcass and dry it well. Choose small potatoes for this dish; it will look more elegant.
