Herring and Beef Forshmak

It is quickly eaten and has a beautiful name — this is mincemeat! Once at a restaurant, an acquaintance ordered mincemeat. At first I liked the name, but after I tried this unusual food for us and the snack itself did not leave me indifferent. Finding out the recipe was not difficult, and I am happy to share it with you.
