Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake a pork heart in pots in the oven with potatoes? Prepare all the necessary products. You can use any vegetables you like. I took a standard set, which is available in almost every home. Any tomatoes will do, both cherry and regular. And if you wish, you can exclude them altogether.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse and dry the heart. Remove vessels, films and fatty layers, if any. Cut the heart into small pieces of the same size.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. Cut the pepper in half and remove the core and seeds. Rinse all vegetables and dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the potatoes into small cubes or cubes, as you prefer.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the pieces of meat to fry. Over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the heart begins to brown. This will take about 10 minutes. Remove the pieces to a separate plate.

Step 6

Step 6
Add onions, peppers and carrots, pre-cut into small cubes, into the same frying pan. If necessary, add a little more vegetable oil.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry the vegetables for a while.

Step 8

Step 8
Prepare the pots. Wash and dry them with a kitchen towel.

Step 9

Step 9
Place potatoes in the first layer in the pots.

Step 10

Next, send the fried heart and sprinkle chopped garlic on top.

Step 11

Step 11
Make the next layer of vegetables.

Step 12

Step 12
Finally, add tomatoes, not very coarsely chopped, into each pot.

Step 13

Step 13
Pour warm water into a deep small bowl. Salt to taste and add your favorite spices. Stir until the salt dissolves. For spices, I used a little coriander, a mixture of ground peppers and a pinch of dry garlic. How much water should I take? I had 0.5 liter pots. I used 150 ml for each pot. water.

Step 14

Step 14
Pour water into the pots, not reaching the edges by about 2 centimeters. Cover with lids and place in the oven. Bake until done. How long and at what temperature should you cook the dish? Focus on the capabilities of your oven. I baked on the “top-bottom” mode at a temperature of 220 degrees for about one hour.
