Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to cook chicken in a duck roaster? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I usually divide the chicken into 3 parts: the back — into the broth, the fillet — into chops or minced meat, and I bake the drumsticks, thighs and wings in the oven. These parts of the chicken are ideal for the oven — thanks to the skin, they will always remain juicy on the inside and golden brown on the outside.

Step 2

Step 2
Transfer the chicken pieces to a suitable container. Salt and pepper the chicken.

Step 3

Step 3
Add suneli hops or other spices to taste.

Step 4

Step 4
Pass the garlic through a press.

Step 5

Step 5
Add a little vegetable oil so that the spices release their aroma better.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything well and leave for a while while you work on the vegetables. During this time, the meat will marinate a little.

Step 7

Step 7
Prepare the ingredients you will need for the next step. Wash and peel the potatoes and onions.

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the potatoes as desired, I cut them into cubes.

Step 18

Step 18
