Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make meat on a baking sheet in the oven with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat — chicken, veal, lamb or, like mine, pork. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove dirt.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the peeled potatoes into any shape. I like cubes. Place the potatoes in a deep bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the meat under running water, dry it and cut it in much the same way as potatoes. Add to potatoes. Choose meat with minimal fat.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the carrots into slices or cubes. Wash cherry tomatoes in running water and cut into 2-4 parts. Add the onions, carrots and potatoes to the bowl.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour vegetable oil over all ingredients. Add salt and spices. Mix everything thoroughly. Take spices that are more aromatic. Paprika, dried basil or oregano, and dried garlic are suitable.

Step 6

Step 6
Place all ingredients on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-50 minutes. When baking, you can lightly cover the top with foil so that the vegetables do not start to burn. The baking time is approximate; be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. Read more about this in the article at the end of the recipe.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the cooked pork and vegetables from the oven. Potatoes and meat became soft. The vegetables were deliciously baked. Divide the meat and potatoes onto plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
