How to make delicious potatoes with chicken and tomatoes in the oven? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. If you wish, you can take a whole chicken weighing about 1.5 kg and cut it into portions. Or take specific parts of the chicken, such as drumsticks, thighs or breasts. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content.

Wash the chicken, dry it, cut into portions.

Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater or pass through a press.

Place the chicken in a bowl, add sour cream, grated fresh garlic, salt and pepper. You can replace sour cream with natural yogurt without additives or mayonnaise.
