Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt to taste
Water 350 ml
Potato 2 pc
Bay leaf 2 pc
Beef 300 g
Carrot 1 pc

How to make stewed potatoes with meat and vegetables? Prepare the ingredients. We will make it from beef; as a rule, this meat is taken with a bone, but you can only use the pulp. Rinse the meat under running water and cut into small pieces, wash it again.

Peel the onions. Cut it into cubes with a knife. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes or strips.

Pour vegetable oil into a thick-bottomed frying pan or cauldron. Put it on the fire, when the oil is hot, put the onions on it. Fry it until transparent.

Add the cooked meat to the onions. Fry it over high heat until the meat turns white, stirring occasionally with a spatula to prevent the meat from burning to the bottom of the pan. Frying over high heat will make the meat juicy and tender.

Add a little salt, bay leaf, peppercorns. Pour in a small amount of water.

Add the carrots to the frying pan with the meat, stir and simmer together for another 10 minutes. Add water if necessary.

If you have celery root, you can use it to prepare this dish by peeling it and cutting it into small cubes. It will give a special taste.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seed pod, and cut it into strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes, cutting out the place where the stalk attaches.

Place all the vegetables in the pan and add water. Stir and simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid closed over medium heat. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add it to the pan. Add salt and a small piece of hot red pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes, if necessary, add a little water.
