A fragrant and quick dinner for the whole family without the hassle! Potatoes with mushrooms, baked in a sleeve in the oven, are prepared one or two times, without additional frying of the food. They bake perfectly without this, maintaining their shape. The potatoes turn out similar to those fried in a frying pan, even a little tastier.

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 600 g
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Champignon (can be replaced with any other mushrooms to taste) 200 g

How to bake potatoes with mushrooms in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare your food. Wash and peel the potatoes first. In addition to champignons, you can use any other mushrooms; only the method of preparing them will differ. For example, wild mushrooms will need to be boiled first. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180°C.

Cut the peeled potatoes into large slices, like country-style potatoes.

Cut the carrots into slices. Or any other way you like.

Cut the onion into thin feathers.

Rinse the mushrooms carefully to remove heavy dirt and dry well with paper towels. Cut them into small pieces.

Take a baking dish and place a sleeve in it, tied on one side. Add chopped vegetables and mushrooms to the sleeve. Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add any other seasonings. As well as dried or fresh herbs. Pour in vegetable oil.

Tie the sleeve on the other side. Shake it well on all sides so that the products are mixed and evenly distributed. Make several holes on top with a toothpick to allow steam to escape from the sleeve during baking.
